I chose Ramada for its convenient location near the July 15 Martyrs Monument, a landmark I really wanted to visit. However, the excellent customer service surprised me the most. The staff was always available to assist guests and the property offered additional amenities such as a coffee shop and dry cleaning services. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast at the onsite restaurants.

In terms of minor negatives, accessing the parking for our car was a bit inconvenient as we had to rely on the staff to use a remote. the reception staff could have been more cheerful.
